Our X-Training sessions are full of cardiovascular drills, speed and agility drills, circuits, plyometrics and everything in between. This X-Training session includes Circuit drills combining cardiovascular and strength to create get a high calorie burning workout. Then focusing and performing movements to build your inner and outer core, which includes pelvis, lower back, hips, abdomen and limbs. Your core is very important, it stabilizes and balances your body and limbs to work in harmony. "The stronger the stability, the stronger and further you can go and the less prone you are to injuries."
Our boxing sessions are designed from our trainer who has a lifetime of boxing knowledge past down from generation with a combination of personal and competitive experience. Learn and perform boxing punches, combos and techniques whilst getting a full body cardiovascular and muscular endurance high calorie burning workout.
Our Advance sessions are designed for a more technical workout. Not only will you get the full functional benefits of cardiovascular, muscular endurance, power training from boxing but you will also learn the art of boxing, technique's, timing, rhythm, discipline and the tricks of the trade.
*Boxing advanced is only available for those who already know all strikes, putting combos together with ease and basic to intermediate footwork movements. Trainers will notify you with you are eligible.
