Our facility is for all fitness levels, whether you're new to exercising or an aspiring or accomplished athlete. We as highly qualified trainers with many years of experience in many forms of training e.g. sports specific training, functional training, core and full body strength and conditioning and competition boxing training, will help you set and achieve your goals, guiding you through the right specific movements and techniques,whilst designing the programs that will keep you wanting more, thus achieving more.
We are not a gym, nor a crossfit box, we run progressive functional group fitness with the personal trainers touch. Here in our Bootcamp HQ you will never feel lost because your membership will have unlimited access to many fitness services. So if you're looking for progressive functional group classes, your own private training, diet, goal and fitness setting and reviews, we'll take care of everything. Our progressive group fitness programs give you the solid foundation you need to take on diverse challenges. Whether it be a half or full marathons, City-2-Surf, fitness events like Spartan or Tough Mudder, competitive martial arts competition, we will train you to prepare for such challenging events with high confidence in your conditioning to push yourself past your limits to achieve greatness. Just show up ready to learn, to progress and willing to push yourself to your limits and the transformation will begin.
