OUR BOOTCAMP PROGRAMS

Our Bootcamp programs run through 8-week progressive programs. During the first 2-3 weeks of the program we go through the exercises, formats and styles of the workouts, focusing on your form and technique. From their we progress further giving you advanced options to up your workouts and for those who aren't ready for the advanced options, there is always the easier format. At the end of each 8-week we like to top it off with an "End of Program BBQ".

Every program is different and engineered for you to build a stronger functional body with emphasis on core strength, muscle toning and lean muscle building. As the weeks progress our programs will get into your fat stores to burn fat fast and to condition and maximize your cardiovascular levels.

Our sessions vary, focusing on different forms of training, using wide variety of equipment and focusing on multiple or individual parts of the body.

To sum it up, we provide personal training to a group environment, without the 1 on 1 price. We help our members with their individual needs and goals.

During each session we as trainers and as a group, motivate you and each other to get past each ones limits.

Just remember you get better as you go, so as long as you keep coming and continue to be consistent, you will continue to progress, mentally and physically.

    • $75 a fortnight

  • 7 - 9 months:
