Our goal became a reality...
We began our very own fitness bootcamp.
We started with our first official group at our first location...
Harvey Park, Marayong.
We moved from various locations, looking for the perfect spot.
Eventually we found it, which became our main location. Bungarribee Homestead Park.
It was our perfect location. As time past, our equipment was plentiful and sessions were frequent, our members sizable and continued to advance.
With different times available during the afternoon, we were succeeding with our goals and dreams... We were living our dreams, but we wanted more.
Our next journey was to look for a second location, catering for early morning patrons. Our research and advertising led us to begin our early morning 6am session held at...
Stonecutters Ridge Neighbourhood Centre, Colebee.
2 years passed, once again new years celebrations of 2015 and it was time... Time to take our journey to the next level.
June 2015 we received our keys to our very own warehouse location in Glendenning's industrial area.
Sessions continued outdoors, and work continued after hours laying down rubber mats, erecting racks and equipment, getting ready to launch our indoor headquarters.
"WE BEGAN OUR VERY OWN FITNESS BOOTCAMP.'
Our aim is to provide personal training progressive fitness programs, for beginners to advanced fitness levels in a large group environment.
Our programs run through 8-week intervals. The result is continued progress, avoiding the plateau effect that many experience when training on their own.
To help you stay on track we carry out body composition tests; measuring your centimetres, skin-fold and body fat progressions.
Along with our individual consultations, we help you set your goals and keep your diet on track to learn to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
So as you train and progress each session we'll mentally and physically motivate you to reach your goal!

Our short term goal is to continue to thrive and grow, to add more variety of sessions. Our main goal in the near future is to upgrade to a larger headquarters to add popular sessions like yoga, pilates, zumba and other exciting fitness genre's like calisthenics and obstacle training.
With an upgrade, we will house a commercial gym area, offering a variety of different strength and cardiovascular equipment for our members to use at their own leisure.
We love to keep ourselves living fit and healthy but what about our younger generation...
With an upgrade to a larger facility we'll be able to incorporate kids classes such as calisthenics, obstacle & bootcamp sessions.
Also in the works is setting up a crèche are so parents are able to get their workout done knowing their children is in good hands.
With your support we can continue to grow and achieve the future.

As Head of Operations he is passionate in providing our members a fun & diverse facility of services and equipment based upon their wants and needs to achieve their constant change of goals. Justin is dedicated to educating, motivating and training our members to push their bodies further then they can ever imagine, to make them realize that what they have inside is everything you need to achieve success. His brilliant knowledge of fitness, dieting, supplements & rehabilitation makes him a great source to find your answers to your questions. His great character will instantly make you laugh, feel comfortable & relaxed at anytime of the day.
