CAN I JOIN BOOTCAMP IF I'M NOT FIT?
HOW DO I JOIN YOUR BOOTCAMP?
You can definitely join! All fitness levels are welcome. We will guide you to achieve fitness and health goals. Our programs will help prepare you for events, competitions, to fit into that dress size, those pants or that bikini. We teach and focus on technique and form and progress and regress, through the program to cater for all different fitness levels.
You may begin with one of our trial options. To see our trial options, select the main menu above and select "Trial". Otherwise you can simply drop into our HQ, call us directly, or contact us through our website.
HOW DO I PAY FOR BOOTCAMP?
WHAT DO I BRING TO BOOTCAMP?
We have all the equipment so all you need to bring is your great individual personality, your willingness to train hard, a positive mind and your desire to progress and the transformation will begin. Also remember not to forget a towel to wipe the sweat from all the fun and hard work you will be doing. We sell bottled water so if you do forget your own bottle, we have you covered.
WHAT IF I'M LATE TO A SESSION?
If your late to a session... 100 burpees!
Just kidding, but if you want, you're more than welcome to. :)
But in the case you arrive late to a session just jump in after you have settled your gear down.
All memberships are direct debited fortnightly from your nominated bank account.
If you choose to start with one of our trial options, or purchase other products we have for sale you may pay on-site by cash or eftpos.
CAN YOU HELP WITH MY DIET?
We certainly can! For starters as a member you will receive for free our "Nutrition Guidebook" to help you get started with your healthy diet change. During your membership you will learn that it is not about short term diets. You will learn the art to a lifestyle of eating clean and healthy, whilst still achieving optimum satisfaction. As a member you will also receive interval consultations to discuss your progress, diet plans, goal setting, measurement testing and more.
WHAT IF I GO ON HOLIDAYS?
I WORK A ROTATING ROSTER. CAN I ATTEND SESSIONS AT DIFFERENT TIMES?
Don't need to worry, all you need to do is notify us when you will be going and the amount of weeks you will be gone for. A minimum of 2-weeks is needed in order to freeze your membership. We can freeze your membership during your time of absence and you can go and enjoy your holiday.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO BOOTCAMP?
We don't have a crèche at our bootcamp, but your welcome to bring your kids to bootcamp. We have room for them to do their homework, watch movies or play with their toys or their on tablet.
The space is just right next to where you will be training, so you can keep an eye on them whilst training your ass off.
We've got you covered. Our Unlimited and Progressive membership allows you to attend as many sessions as you want per week. You may even come in and train on your own.
We even have personal programs you can follow.
We have many sessions at different times during the day, so no excuses. All you need is to get here and train as hard as you can and let us take care of the rest.
